ENTICE, located at Linker Rottekade 292 Unit 1.17, 3034 CV Rotterdam, The Netherlands, is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy statement.
ENTICE processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide this data to us yourself. Below you will find an overview of the personal data that we process:
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us and we will delete this information.
ENTICE processes your personal data for the following purposes:
ENTICE does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that can have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without involving a person (for example an employee of ENTICE).
ENTICE does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
ENTICE does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. ENTICE remains responsible for these processing operations.
Cookies are also placed on this website by third parties. These are, for example, advertisers and/or social media companies. Below an overview:
We use Google Analytics to keep track of general visitor data and to analyze how effective our ads are on Google search result pages. This data is used for statistical analyzes of visit and click behavior on the website. We also optimize the functioning of the website using this statistical data. We have also set up Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly manner, so that IP addresses are anonymized and data is sent over a secure connection.
Google uses this information to keep track of how our website is used, to provide us with reports about the website and to provide ENTICE as an advertiser with information about the effectiveness of our campaigns. Google may provide this information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this.
We would like to explicitly point out that this data can never be traced back to you as a person or individual by ENTICE, with the exception of situations in which you identify yourself as a person via one of the forms on the website. This can be done, for example, by leaving an email address when you sign up for the newsletter. In such cases, your visiting behavior can be linked to the entered data. The data collected by ENTICE will not be passed on to third parties.
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent or object the processing of your personal data by ENTICE. In addition, you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send you (or another organisation mentioned by you) a computer file with the personal data we have stored about you. You can submit such a request through our contact form. To ensure that the request has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Please make sure that you black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. ENTICE would also like to point out that you have the option to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
ENTICE takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of misuse, please contact us.
